High-Efficacy DMT

What it is

High-efficacy DMTs are disease-modifying therapies that tend to reduce relapses and new MRI activity more strongly than older options. Examples include medications like ocrelizumab, ofatumumab, and natalizumab. They can have more involved monitoring because of how powerfully they act on the immune system.
